Join a national business in a unique Payroll Compliance Officer role blending compliance investigation and payroll processing. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll coordinate documentation and system setup for the interpretation and implementation of EBAs within Kronos to ensure payroll compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate payroll compliance issues across a multi-award structure.
- Coordinate Kronos documentation for new and renewed EBAs.
- Assist with payroll processing and time & attendance data using Chris21.
- Interpret awards and EBAs, ensuring accurate application of entitlements.
- Support internal audits and maintain compliance records.
- Strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation.
- Experience using Chris21 and Kronos.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Background in high-volume environments.
