Our client is a globally recognised business, with a huge presence and a market leader within the given field. Our client is seeking an individual with a high attention to detail, that can join their payroll team as a part-time Payroll compliance officer on a 12 month contract in Melbourne's South Eastern suburb of Keysborough.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following, however will not be limited to:
- Assisting with the payroll
- Interpret multiple EBA's
- Working with & supporting an offshore team
- Handling payroll related issues/queries
- Checking and managing of timesheets
- Working with upcoming projects
- Establishing differing location rosters
- Timesheet processing
- Assisting in maintaining award information
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not exclusive to:
- Has worked with the multiple awards previously, including manufacturing award
- Have a great understanding of payroll compliance
- Experience with integrations
- Has dealt with process improvements
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has exposure to processing of timesheets and maintaining them
