Responsibilities 
Reporting to the National Human Resource Manager, this role has a strong interaction with the management team at various level across the business. 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for AUS & NZ
• First point of contact for HR and payroll queries
• Ensure the accuracy of all HR Information tools
• Manage the approval processes and documentation in line with SOX requirements to meet audit requirements
• Preparation of contracts and maintenance of employee paperwork
• Recruitment for an assigned portfolio within the business
• Annual reporting 
• HRIS reporting including ensuring accuracy of systems and providing reports as required
• Provide support to the HR team by supporting other processes as required.
• Liaise with the third party payroll provider to ensure accuracy of information and reporting
• Enter payroll data into the system in a timely fashion
• Monitor and manage payroll provider service delivery in partnership with the HR Director
• Reviewing policies and procedures and making recommendations as required

The Successful Candidate
Our client is seeking a candidate with the following;

• High attention to detail and accuracy and is committed to excellence
• Proven solid experience as a payroll manager or similar senior and stand alone position
• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
• Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
• Familiarity with payroll software ADP preferred, but not essential
• HRIS
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and high work volume
• Preparation of budgets, business plans, forecasting and project work.
