They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join their team on an ongoing basis. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. About the Role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close-knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Process high-volume payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Administer employee records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits enrolment.
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of deductions, taxes, and other withholdings.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, HR, and finance departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
