Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Fortnightly payroll processing for 130 employees across ANZ
- Interpretating relevant awards/EBA's and applying relevant policies
- Preparing payroll tax and other statutory obligations
- Supporting finance in budgeting/forecasting for employee wages
- Processing work cover claims
- Preparing payroll related journals for month end
- Assisting with Work Cover administration
- Handling payroll queries
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous end to end payroll processing experience
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
- Exposure to FMCG/Manufacturing environment advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Dayforce software advantageous but not essential
- Generous salary of $110-120k + super
