Our client is an outstanding retail organisation who have gone through some exciting growth. They are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join their high performing and supportive finance team in an autonomous part-time role.
Job Details
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a payroll of full time, part time and casual staff
- New starters and terminations
- Retail award interpretation
- Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments
- Handling payroll queries
- Other ad hoc duties
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience working in the retail industry in a payroll position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
- Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
