Our client is an exciting and fast-growing organisation who are industry leaders in their market. The company is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer who is looking for a permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week). This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced payroll professional to join an exciting and supportive organisation in a rare permanent part-time position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- End to end payroll processing for 800 employees
- Weekly payruns and processing of timesheets
- Completing payroll tax and superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Handle relevant employee queries
- Calculating redundancies
- Additional tasks to assist the broader team
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- Ability to confidently work autonomously
- Motivated and can-do mindset
- Wanting a part-time role (30 hours per week)
