Our client is a well established and reputable company that is going from strength-to-strength. They require the assistance of an experienced payroll candidate with an analytical skill set to join them for a 2-3 month project. Working among a supportive environment, with the ability to take the reigns and lead change. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for analytics to join a strong team.
Position Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing payroll data and identifying discrepancies
- Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and providing recommendations
- Assisting with Payroll management within the division for major
business and/ or system changes - Working in partnership with BAU colleagues
The Successful Candidate
To be a success in this role you will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll Analyst position
- Understanding of and experience with superannuation analysis
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- A demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified manner
- Advanced excel skills
- Forward thinking mindset with a keen desire to lead change
- Strong stakeholder management skills with clear communication techniques
