Our client in one of Australia’s market leaders in a rapidly growing industry. Due to company growth, the business is currently looking for a payroll expert to assist with payroll documentation and data integrity following a recent system implementation.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquires
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
- Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
- Managing data migration, configuration and analyzing payroll data
- Preparation and completion of required EBA documentation and changes
- Setting up standardized reports and report groups
Candidate Profile
- Experience managing payroll projects
- Understanding of utilizing payroll database software
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
- A positive ‘can do’, resilient attitude
