- Permanent part-time role (4 days per week)
- Flexibility to work from home 2 days per week
- $100,000 - $106,000 pro-rata + 12% superannuation + bonus
About our Client

Due to restructure, the organisation are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties
Reporting through to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a fortnightly and monthly payroll for 200+ employees using at outsourced payroll system
- Manage payroll preparation across Australia, APAC, UK and the US.
- Manage employee benefits across subsidiaries
- Setting up new subsidiaries
- Prepare monthly leave provisioning calculations, salary & associated monthly payroll related journals
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing
- Assisting with process improvements
Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of prior payroll experience
- Large company background experience essential
- Prior experience in processing global or outsourced payroll highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team-based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
