Join a well-established wealth advisory firm in Melbourne CBD, where you’ll be part of a collaborative support team assisting a group of experienced advisers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in diary management, client coordination, document preparation, and team support — all in a professional, people-first environment.

About the Role
As a Junior Personal Assistant, you’ll support 3–4 financial advisers and play a key role in helping them manage their day and stay client-ready. This role will give you exposure to high-level admin support and insight into the private wealth space.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing adviser calendars and scheduling client meetings (in-person and virtual)
  • Preparing meeting documents, reports, and presentations
  • Formatting and proofreading client communications
  • Booking travel and managing itineraries
  • Assisting with email and phone communications
  • Light reception and overflow call handling when needed
  • Updating client information and maintaining records in Salesforce
  • General administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing and data entry
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive mindset. You’re someone who takes pride in getting things done and keeping a team organised.

You will have:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative or PA role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Great communication skills — written and verbal
  • A polished, professional approach to client interaction
  • Confidence using systems and learning new technology (Salesforce a bonus)
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to support others
This role would suit someone from professional services or financial services administration who is looking to develop their skills in a more structured environment.

Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Supportive and down-to-earth team culture
  • Central inner CBD location close to transport
  • 1 WFH day per week after probation
  • Clear career progression and internal development opportunities
  • Work directly with advisers and gain insight into private wealth
  • Stable and well-established business with a great reputation
