A large regional public health service in North West Victoria is seeking a Physiotherapist to join its established Allied Health team delivering services across inpatient and outpatient programs.

Supporting a diverse regional community, this organisation employs 900+ staff across a 170+ bed health service, providing a broad range of acute, rehabilitation and community services including emergency, intensive care, rehabilitation, community health and specialist outpatient programs.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied caseload including neurological, orthopaedic, fracture and rehabilitation patients, within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

The Role As a Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention across inpatient and/or outpatient services.
Working closely with an experienced allied health team, you will support patients to maximise mobility, functional independence and recovery following illness, injury or surgery. The role offers exposure to a diverse clinical caseload, making it ideal for clinicians looking to further develop their skills across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment across inpatient and outpatient caseloads
  • Manage a varied caseload including neurological, orthopaedic, fracture and rehabilitation patients
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Participate in ward rounds, case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
