About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Logistics, this role will be responsible for:
  • Leadership and development of the planning team, ensuring achievement of results and customer service.
  • Management of the S&OP process.
  • Management of Working Capital, Delivery Performance, and AirFreight, following company policies.
  • Management of slow-moving stock.
  • Management of product master data -  keep our product data base update. (active codes, right measures, expiration dates, service class, supplier, new products, etc.)
  • Implement a Customer Centricity culture in the department.
  • Clear and effective communication between departments, acting as the main point of contact between operations and sales.
  • Identify market segment and customer requirements together with sales and balance them with the supply chain.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and innovative practices for department processes.
About you:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Planning/Logistics.
  • Strong S&OP experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent at communication.
