Our client is a significant public sector organisation providing high-profile and critical services to people across a large geographical area.

They are seeking a highly experienced ICT senior leader to oversee a key branch for at least the next 12 months.

This key senior leadership position, reporting to the CIO, will lead a broad portfolio and circa 50 staff.

You will:

• Provide executive leadership in the areas of information management, ICT and digital strategy, enterprise architecture, organisational change management, programme and project management, and ICT sustainability and governance.
• Provide executive leadership to facilitate a strong focus on the needs of people and streamline the delivery of services through technology enabled business transformation.
• Provide executive leadership and direction to successfully deliver key strategic digital transformation projects in line with broader organisational objectives and knowledge management initiatives.

We are seeking a values-based, inspirational leader who can successfully motivate a specialist professional work force, focusing on continuous improvement, whilst maintaining superior levels of service delivery in a complex stakeholder environment.

You will have extensive experience across the public, private and/or not for profit sector and you will have a strong background in strategy and policy implementation, service delivery, and client service. You will have a proven track record as an agent of change in challenging environments and in fostering a confident and capable workforce.
