- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of production goals.
- Manage production schedules across multiple sites, coordinating with site managers to align production activities.
- Oversee the production of 120 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), ensuring each product line meets quality standards and production targets.
- Supervise and optimize the performance of four major production lines.
- Ensure ample supply of materials to meet production demands, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams.
- Implement cross stocking strategies when necessary to optimize inventory and production efficiency.
- Book in stock, conduct inventory stock calls, manage stock outs, and handle stock variances.
- Schedule and oversee the production lines, ensuring adherence to production plans and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Proven experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
