About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Administrator join a fast paced, dynamic and innovative company and take the next step in their career. Working alongside a fun, professional team, the successful candidate will be assisting the National Construction Manager with program management, between the business and landlords. This role will be starting as a 3-6 month contract, with the view to transition into a permanent junior project manager.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the National Construction/Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Create invoices, ensuring their approval and payment in a timely manner
- Liaise with the Legal team regarding the issuing of project documentation
- Ensure end to end compliance of documentarian execution
- Liaise with partners in relation to project requirements
- Manage communication between landlords/business
- Having experience working within property/construction administration is an advantage
- Have experience working with different CRM's
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to prioritise against conflicting deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Having a diploma/degree in project management is an advantage
