This group are a well known commercial developer/builder that specialise in large scale mixed use developments in Victoria. They are known for delivering high quality mixed use developments and have a significant pipeline that will last for at least the next seven years. Due to a new development commencing they need a Civil Project Manager to deliver all the civil works on a project in the inner eastern suburbs. 

Reporting into a Construction Manager you will manage all civil works on the development project. This will include

• Preparing scopes of work and awarding civil sub-contractors. 
• Management of the civil program of works. 
• Resolving technical design and construction issues that arise. 
• Assessing sub-contractor variations and progress payments. 
• Report back monthly to the construction manager on civil budget and program.

To be considered for this role you will have worked for a civil contractor on major residential or commercial projects as a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
