Are you a people first Project Manager with deep experience in guiding stakeholders through Transformation, Managing vendors and delivery partners and of have experience aligning product configuration with business needs
 
I have an 18-month Fixed term contract to contribute to the successful delivery of a critical Marketing Automation project as a part of a broader digital transformation.
 
This role is critical to the program's success and value realisation. You'll manage two integrated vendor solutions and play a key role in aligning product configuration with business needs — balancing technical capability with stakeholder priorities while managing two integrated vendor solutions and drive the stakeholder engagement essential to delivering benefits realisation.
 
You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and a culture that values delivery, collaboration and realistic expectations.
 
This role is Based in Brisbane and will require a locally based candidate who can commit to a minimum of 2-3 days/week in office.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a critical marketing automation workstream across two vendor platforms
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, particularly in marketing and communications
  • Navigate scope decisions and benefit trade-offs in a pragmatic, outcomes-focused way
  • Ensure delivery through configuration, not customisation, to support future sustainability
  • Manage vendors, internal teams and change requests with strong commercial awareness
What we're looking for:
  • Strong experience delivering marketing automation or CRM implementations
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing technical vendors and working across integrated platforms
  • Ability to lead structured conversations around value, change and scope
  • Pragmatic delivery style, comfortable with hybrid methodologies
  • Strong alignment to people-first, values-based delivery environments
  • Background in marketing, MarTech, or communications (desirable but not essential)
