Position Overview:
As the psychologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of psychological issues. You will work closely with individuals, families, and groups to develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental well-being and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Perform psychological assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs
- Provide ongoing support and monitoring of clients’ progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in psychology
- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology (Master’s/Doctorate)
- Experience in clinical practice (preferred but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
