Responsibilities
- Handling reception calls promptly and courteously
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors with professionalism
- Coordinating room bookings and managing meeting logistics
- Arranging catering for meetings and events
- Overseeing mail, printing, scanning, and filing tasks
- Managing office supplies and assisting with travel arrangements
- Performing various ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet usage
- Experience in a similar role
