Sharp and Carter have partnered with a respected client for a 6-week corporate reception assignment, a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team while gaining valuable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, screen and forward as necessary
- Assisting with scheduling
- Providing general administrative support to various departments
- Maintain office supplies, including stationery orders
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management and ability to multitask
- Clear communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
