Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and face-to-face services to employees and visitors.
- Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring a tidy reception area.
- Oversee building maintenance, liaising with external providers and building management.
- Procure and maintain office supplies.
- Manage meeting rooms and associated protocols.
- Manage access for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier requirements.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and collections.
- Experience in a customer facing or reception based role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to help out where needed
