- Point Of Sale Procedures
- Public Inspections
- Veterinary Reporting
- Marketing/Advertising
- Updating client notes inclusive of refunds/credits
- Resort Financing inclusive of depositing monies to the bank, credit card reports, arranging tax invoices and fuel expense reports to Accounts
- Vet trip log reports
- Outstanding money reports
- Stocktake, Inventory and Ordering
- Weekly resort assessments
Previous experience in a customer service focused position either in a hospitality, retail, recreation or call centre environment with a love for animals.
