About the Role

This is a hands-on Sales Representative role suited to someone who enjoys relationship-led selling and being actively involved in the product.
Working closely with a small sales team, you will manage inbound enquiries, proactively develop retail accounts, support showroom sales, deliver product education and represent the business at events and activations. The role offers strong variety, autonomy and the opportunity to grow alongside a passionate, expanding business.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound retail dealer and consumer sales enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
  • Conduct outbound sales activity with retail accounts nationally, with a focus on NSW and WA
  • Prepare, follow up and convert quotes and proposals into sales orders
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage ongoing customer relationships
  • Support showroom sales and walk-in customers
  • Deliver basic product and brand training to retail partners (online and in-person)
  • Assist with in-store activations, product demonstrations and training days
  • Represent the business at industry events, expos and consumer activations
  • Work towards agreed weekly, monthly and annual sales and activity targets
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service and marketing teams
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales or account management role
  • Proven, target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Confident, engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to customers
  • Consultative approach with the ability to identify and tailor solutions
  • Strong organisation, time management and planning skills
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in
  • Passion for food, cooking, camping or outdoor lifestyle products (highly regarded)
