The Role | Reporting to Financial Controller
- Prepare accurate financial statements in line with regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets to support strategic planning.
- Analyse financial data for insights and decision-making.
- Manage financial operations efficiently.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for financial insights.
- Mentor junior finance staff.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Contribute to special projects.
- Improve accounting processes continuously.
- CA / CPA qualified
- Prior experience within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation and / or Big4 accounting firm
- Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Work from home 2 - 3 days per week
