Reporting to the CFO, your role will be focused on Management reporting and analysis on operations and performance, projects on inventory and stock control as well as process improvement. You will partner with operations and senior leadership to provide key financial insights to improve decision making and ensure best practice and efficiencies in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Month end closing
- Management of fixed assets and depreciations
- Monthly management pack; variances, margins and labour analysis
- Cashflow reporting
- Assisting with budgeting on forecasting
- Ensure internal controls and business processes are in place and efficient
- Improving inventory and stock processes and operational system
- Provide key commercial insights into business performance and communicate improvement measures
Tertiary qualification and ideally part or qualified CPA/CA. Industry exposure to Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction. You have a minimum of 4 years in a Management Accountant or Analyst role with demonstrated strong knowledge of inventory processes. You have strong communication skills to partner with the wider business and senior management.
