Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate management & financial reports
- Oversee payroll processing, accounts payable & receivable
- Manage weekly cash flow forecasts and payments
- Maintain fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including inter-company transactions
- Manage debt collection and end-of-month AR procedures
- Proficiency in Xero (advantageous)
- Payroll and multi-location team experience (desirable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
