An excellent position as a Senior Finance Analyst has become available for a candidate looking to join a high performing team within a blue chip ASX listed property organisation. This role will provide key investment and business development analysis as well commercial reasoning to support strategy, planning and also performance.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (But will not be limited to)
- Drive consistency and completeness in project reporting and give
guidance to Project Design Principals, Project & Contract Managers - Investment Analysis and benchmarking to support investment decisions
- Financial and commercial investment evaluations for all
investment proposals - Project feasibilities
- Timely and accurate financial reporting for Forecasts, Budget and
Year-end - Market and competitor analysis
- Ad hoc project work as requested
You will be a fully CA/CPA or CFA qualified finance professional with a strong understanding of corporate finance and commercial analysis. You will be a natural people person with the ability to handle multiple projects at any one time, and have a strong financial modelling skillset. Experience within a property, construction or within a large listed organisation would be considered highly advantageous.
