If you are an experienced disputes lawyer who has has a broad litigation background and are looking for a fast paced and challenging firm then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Complex contractual disputes 
• Partnership and share holding disputes 
• Product Liability issues
• Some debt recovery 
• Regulatory compliance 

You will have 5+ years of Dispute Resolution experience ideally from a well regarded law firm environment. You will have a strong technical skill set. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and you will have excellent leadership skills.
