The successful Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
- Business Partnering with the Manufacturing & Supply Chain leadership team, driving cost understanding and optimisation alongside analysis for end-to-end margin management.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to provide commercial insights and simplifying complex financial information to practical business terms.
- Undertake budgeting, forecasting and key performance analysis.
- Produce dashboard reporting and financial modelling.
- Support the planning, modelling and preparation of all annual budget deliverables.
- Preparation of monthly executive results presentations.
- Providing process improvement measures to build best practice and efficiency across the organisation.
Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling cross functional engagement with key stakeholders to drive business performance. Additionally, you will have a worked in a large and complex FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing industry, with strong commercial acumen to commission process improvement.
