Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Month End/Reporting
- Manage assigned Month-End tasks/processes & support team to meet reporting requirements and deadlines
- Ensure Accounting entries meet accounting standards and internal/external reporting requirements
- Prepare & analyse reports to meet internal/external requirements and expectations/deadlines
- Account reconciliations are carried out within set timescales and managed
- Ensure compliance and integrity in all reporting/information required
- Financial Year End Reporting/Audit
- Assist in preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with accounting standards and deadlines
- Assist with management of internal/external Audits and queries from Auditors, including management of ASIC and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and legislation relating to reporting requirements and ensure any required changes are brought to Managements attention
- Internal & external audit preparation as required by in accordance with Department policy
To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have demonstrated expertise in commercial finance roles within complex environments. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
