As they enter the next phase of their business cycle, with a clear vision of their growth plans, they are looking for a strong Senior FP&A Analyst to work alongside the Financial Controller in the development of this business function. 

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to work with both finance and business leaders. The purpose of the role is to drive financial planning & analysis (FP&A) for the business, whilst also playing a key role in supporting Executive teams in leadership of the business for understanding and framing the business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and insightful commentary.
  • Develop financial models, scenario planning, and forecasting tools to analyze business performance and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, engaging key stakeholders and providing executive-level insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive market, industry, and competitor analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of a new reporting tool and budgeting model.
  • Ensure data integrity and financial accuracy across reports, systems, and key metrics.
  • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to analyze investment opportunities, business cases, and strategic partnerships.

About You
  • CPA/CA qualification required.
  • Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and modeling skills.
  • Ability to interpret macroeconomic trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with Power BI (advanced user) and Business Central (preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive financial transformation and implement new systems/processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
