This is a key leadership role looking after the FP&A function reporting to the well-regarded Finance Director. Managing a small team, you will be a hands-on strategic thinker responsible for the overall commercial function. You will add value through business partnering, storytelling, presentation of performance to senior leaders, modelling data for analytics and insights. Duties
- Oversee the FP&A function and manage a small team
- Work collaboratively and hands-on in leading management reporting requirements
- Deliver insights and analytics to the leadership team challenging thoughts and ideas
- Present financial performance, tracking and outlooks to the board
- Business partner the broader business to deliver strategic initiatives
- Deliver reporting requirements in-line with regulatory obligations
- Scenario modelling on special projects including mergers and acquisitions
- Invest time in your team to develop, mentor and knowledge share
- CA / CPA Qualified
- 10+ years finance experience across large finance functions
- Hands-on professional with FP&A management level experience
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- Passionate about growth and development of a team
- Confidence to lead an FP&A function autonomously
- Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset
