Working in a collaborative and high performing finance function, you will be part of the FP&A leadership team that is responsible for leading the Oceania financial planning, forecasting and reporting as well as providing ongoing trading performance insight to the senior executive team.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:

• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including preparation, review, and finalisation of budgets.
• Collaborate closely with Wholesale and Retail teams to understand key business drivers and customer trends to critically evaluate assumptions and provide feedback and recommendation.
• Prepare variance analyses to compare actual results against budgeted/forecasted targets and explain deviations to both local and regional key stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor FP&A analysts.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of an Integrated Business Planning Cycle to ensure all departments align to financial targets.

CA/CPA qualified, you will have a proven track record in managing the ‘end to end’ group planning / FP&A function in a medium to large scale business, ideally from retail or other product oriented industry. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated commercial awareness. You will possess exceptional communication skills as your ability to interact, engage and influence key stakeholders across the business will be cruical to your success.
