Our client is a well-known, multinational organisation and market leader in their field with a huge global presence. Due to growth in the organisation, they are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer on a permanent, full time basis.
Job Duties
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing the fortnightly payroll for both Australia and New Zealand employees using ADP Payforce
- New starters and terminations
- Award interpretation
- Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments
- Superannuation processing
- Handling payroll queries
The successful applicant will have:
- Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
- High volume payroll processing is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
- Experience using ADP Payforce is essential
