Position Description:
The not-for-profit organisation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Payroll professional to join their team, as soon as possible. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, your daily tasks will include:

• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of a fortnightly payroll (for 600+ employees)
• Interpreting all relevant awards, EBAs and entitlements
• Processing employee superannuation payments and deductions
• Efficiently manage terminations and the set up of new starters 
• Partnering with the leadership team to identify, recommend and drive process improvements 
• Providing high quality customer service through accurate information and support to employee and stakeholder enquires

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have previous proven extensive payroll experience and ability to operate as an effective leader. The role is suited to attract high calibre candidates, who will also have the following attributes:

• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Possess high level attention to detail
• Well developed verbal & written communication skills
• Desire to work collaboratively, and passion for payroll
• Ability to hit the ground running
