I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Systems Administrator with a focus on Networks to join an outstanding Managed Services Provider. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling complex support issues, managing ticket escalations, and improving internal processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer requests related to network issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate tickets as needed and identify root causes for long-term solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements within the service desk and meet SLAs.
- Mentor and assist Level 1 administrators.
- 3+ years of IT experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Teams, and desktop support.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies (MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills and experience mentoring staff.
- Fortinet NSE, Cisco CMNA/CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft 365/Azure.
