- Critically assess the performance and efficiency of services and utilities, develop plans to improve year on year including assessing new technologies and asset replacements.
- Work with the maintenance, electrical and automation teams, to manage the maintenance of assets that sit outside of the service contracts and react to breakdown events.
- Management of annual maintenance works of relevant assets.
- Management of the site facilities.

- Fire and evacuation systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
- Proven track record in operating and maintaining services for industrial installations.
- Previous experience with contractor management.
- Experienced in analysing equipment condition & identifying compliance and maintenance requirements.
- Exposure to manufacturing and industrial environments, preferably food.
