About the Role
As the SHEQ Officer you will play a pivotal role in supporting the manufacturing & supply Chain lead by delivering and embedding our SHEQ roadmap initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining HACCP and GMP compliant quality standards, striving towards international benchmarks and you will actively engage in frontline SHEQ activities with the dedicated team.
You will be an active contributor to a culture of continuous improvement while overseeing effective quality control processes across the site. The role will also include documenting new SHEQ processes, conducting quality control analyses, and addressing customer complaints and non-conformance issues. To be successful in the role, you will commit to excellence and want to make a lasting impact.
Skills & Experience
- Experienced working in quality in food manufacturing (meat production preferred) – 3-5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP ect)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and a commitment to innovation.
