This group have been delivering high end townhouses and apartments for over ten years in Victoria. They are a developer/builder and deliver projects ranging from $4 mil - $20 mil. They have a reputation for delivering some of Melbourne's most luxurious projects and continue to acquire land in blue chip areas in Melbourne. They have a $20 mil high end apartment project starting in eight weeks and need a Site Manager to join the company.
About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Supervision of trades and construction activity onsite
- Management of construction program to ensure programs are met.
- OH&S and QA management onsite.
- Resolve design and construction issues that arise on the project.
You will ideally have worked on commercial or apartment projects and ideally have worked on challenging/high end projects as a Site Manager. It is essential that you can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and be able to deliver a quality project.
