About the Role
The company has a strong ‘direct marketing’ focus and wants to continue to ensure that all marketing and sales practices and privacy laws are upheld.
In addition you will provide advice across the following areas:
General commercial contracts
IP
Trade Practices
Competition
Misleading and deceptive conduct
To be considered for this role you will have at least 7 years of post-admission experience in a general commercial capacity. You will also have strong drafting & analytical skills along with a strong commercial mindset. Your ability to integrate and establish relationships with a wide variety of different stakeholders is particularly important. This will suit a mature, seasoned lawyer looking for a new challenge. In house experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
