I’m currently supporting recruitment for a large, national allied health provider delivering community-based therapy services across Australia. With a strong presence across multiple states and a growing team of passionate clinicians, this organisation is committed to supporting people with disability through a social model of care and evidence-based practice.
We are currently seeking Speech Pathologists to join the team across a range of locations including:
- Western Melbourne
- South Eastern Melbourne
- Regional Victoria
- South Western Sydney
- Central Coast (NSW)
- Southern and Western Brisbane
- Tasmania
- Canberra
The Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across a variety of community settings.
Working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will support participants to achieve their goals through functional, evidence-based therapy programs.
No two days will look the same — you’ll work across diverse environments including homes, schools, community centres and workplaces, supporting individuals across the lifespan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver speech pathology assessments and interventions to NDIS participants
- Develop evidence-based therapy plans to support participant goals and functional outcomes
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary allied health team
- Build strong relationships with participants, families and support networks
- Attend regular team meetings and collaborate with peers and clinical leaders
- Receive support from experienced team leaders and therapy mentors
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, flexible and positive approach to work
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
