I’m currently supporting recruitment for a large, national allied health provider delivering community-based therapy services across Australia. With a strong presence across multiple states and a growing team of passionate clinicians, this organisation is committed to supporting people with disability through a social model of care and evidence-based practice.

We are currently seeking Speech Pathologists to join the team across a range of locations including:
  • Western Melbourne
  • South Eastern Melbourne
  • Regional Victoria
  • South Western Sydney
  • Central Coast (NSW)
  • Southern and Western Brisbane
  • Tasmania
  • Canberra
Both full-time and flexible working arrangements are available, including part-time (4 days per week) and 9-day fortnights.

The Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across a variety of community settings.

Working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will support participants to achieve their goals through functional, evidence-based therapy programs.

No two days will look the same — you’ll work across diverse environments including homes, schools, community centres and workplaces, supporting individuals across the lifespan.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver speech pathology assessments and interventions to NDIS participants
  • Develop evidence-based therapy plans to support participant goals and functional outcomes
  • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary allied health team
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families and support networks
  • Attend regular team meetings and collaborate with peers and clinical leaders
  • Receive support from experienced team leaders and therapy mentors
Clinicians may have opportunities to specialise in paediatrics, youth or adult caseloads depending on interest and experience.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, flexible and positive approach to work
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
Experience working within NDIS or disability services is highly regarded but not essential.
