About the Role:
As the Validation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, creating, and executing validation processes for both existing and new equipment. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring that these processes align with best practices and comply with evolving regulatory expectations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations and uphold the highest standards within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement validation strategies for equipment in accordance with the Validation Lifecycle Approach.
  • Manage and oversee the validation process for both current and upcoming projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of GMP to uphold and enhance the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of validation requirements within a GMP facility.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects and delivering results on time.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders positively.
