We’re looking for someone who loves being in control of the moving parts. This role is all about making sure the warehouse runs smoothly, owning the order book, managing WMS, and keeping operations flowing across multiple sites.
What you’ll do:
- Take full ownership of the order book—release work on time and keep it clean
- Act as the WMS superuser. Fix issues, optimise slotting and pick paths, and keep devices running
- Forecast daily and weekly capacity, manage labour plans, and coordinate with 3PLs
- Track and report KPIs like DIFOT, picking accuracy, and productivity
- Communicate across supply chain, finance, and customer service teams
- Support toolbox meetings, WHS, and process improvements
- Strong experience in warehouse operations or planning
- Hands-on WMS knowledge (troubleshooting and optimisation)
- Proven ability to manage order flow and capacity planning
- Comfortable with KPI reporting and driving actions from data
- Great communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders
