Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing expert advice on equipment solutions. Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and readiness of the hire fleet, ensuring equipment is in top condition for rental. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed. Logistics Coordination: Manage the logistics of equipment transport, coordinating deliveries and collections to meet customer timelines. Optimize transport routes and schedules for cost-effectiveness. Inventory Control: Implement and maintain accurate inventory management practices, conducting regular stock checks and audits. Collaborate with procurement to ensure optimal stock levels based on demand forecasts. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure working environment for staff and customers. Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to equipment availability, logistics, and customer satisfaction. Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance overall service delivery.
