Position overview: As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll have a crucial role in supervising the day-to-day operations of both the warehouse and transport teams, as well as streamlining inventory management throughout the operation. Your responsibilities will revolve around strategic planning and maintaining a high level of organization to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of products. Your leadership will be essential as you manage, lead, and support the warehouse and transport teams, aiming for operational excellence and meeting the service requirements of our customers. Key tasks include:    Directly manage a team of 30 warehouse operators, providing leadership and support to help fast track growth. Oversee daily tasks, including order processing, packing, and shipping of pet food products. Ensure accurate and high-quality product shipments, adhering to company standards. Optimize stock levels for efficient order fulfillment. Enforce a secure working environment and safety guidelines. Plan and coordinate work schedules and priorities.
