We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our client's PMO Team and help drive financial management and administrative excellence.About the Role: You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch financial management services while supporting the governance and administrative needs of the program. You'll be the go-to person for financial reporting and will collaborate closely with the PMO Lead to meet governance and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and refine financial management processes to optimize efficiency. Analyse financial needs, allocate funds strategically, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Keep a keen eye on program budgets, meticulously track expenses, and maintain accurate records. Work closely with our team and Business Manager to handle invoices and other financial matters. Investigate financial discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain exceptional accuracy. Create insightful financial dashboards for program stakeholders and boards. Assist in reinforcing program controls to meet financial and compliance standards. Support the program through various administrative tasks, including workshop organization and procurement. Personal Attributes: Extensive experience in managing both operational and program budgets, with exceptional financial acumen (Excel skills are a big plus!). Proven track record in program coordination and support. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing our established way of working. Familiarity with agile project management tools such as DevOps is advantageous.
