About the Role This standalone Finance Manager position oversees all financial management and reporting across the family office and its property investment entities. You’ll work closely with directors and external advisors, providing financial insights and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. It’s an ideal role for a self-sufficient finance professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the balance between family office and property work. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting, tax, and compliance across multiple companies, trusts, and property entities. Prepare monthly financial and investment reports, including cash flow forecasts and performance analysis. Maintain accurate records, trust documentation, and statements of position. Liaise with external accountants, tax advisors, and lenders on structuring, financing, and compliance matters. Support directors with financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and investment or property development decisions. With experience in property, private client accounting, or a family office environment, you bring both technical strength and commercial curiosity. You’ll bring: Strong understanding of tax, trusts, and property structuring. Experience in property development, investment management, or private client accounting. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills across multiple entities. Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, confident engaging advisors, banks, and directors. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine interest in building value through finance.
