AJ grew up and studied in the UK, where he trained as an accountant and graduated with a BSc in Accounting and Financial Management. In 2013, he transitioned into the recruitment industry, establishing and growing his career with a listed global recruitment firm.
Throughout his career, AJ has specialised in permanent recruitment for mid-tier and senior finance positions. He focuses on building long-lasting relationships and treats each candidate and client as individuals. In addition to his recruiting specialism, AJ has effectively managed teams and led operationally with a focus on enhancing performance. This approach has contributed to his successful track record of working with some of the strongest finance professionals in the market. He is passionate about providing a tailored and effective strategy for both candidates and clients, ultimately being the key to success.
Outside of work, AJ enjoys navigating the joys of parenthood with his wife and their two young daughters. He enjoys exploring the beautiful Australian landscape with their Golden Retriever, Nala, and is an avid sports fan, continually trying to improve his rough golf game.
