Having a background in Human Resources, Arielle commenced her recruitment career in 2017, with a top leading global recruitment firm in Adelaide. She has previous experience in the recruitment of both temporary and permanent staff across a variety of industries including Banking, Finance, Contact Centre’s, Insurance and Trades and Labour. Having relocated to Melbourne in July last year, she now specializes in the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff across Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics.
Leading improvement projects, providing a transparent, tailored and consultative approach to recruitment, she has extensive experience managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment while managing a team, and developing strong relationships with both candidates & clients.
On the weekend, Arielle enjoys eating out or home cooked meals with friends and family. She also loves going on scenic road trips and exploring different places. Arielle has the travel bug and is always looking forward to adding different stamps to her passport.
