Sharp & Carter is proud to partner with a high-performing, global professional services firm in search of an outstanding Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in their newly launched Australian office. This is an opportunity for a polished, proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. With a hands-on, service-first approach, you’ll be instrumental in supporting executives while also running a professional office environment. The Role Working closely with senior leaders, your responsibilities will include: Executive-level calendar, travel, inbox and expense management Document and presentation preparation (Word, PowerPoint) Event and meeting coordination (internal and client-facing) Office management – from supplies to suppliers, couriers to kitchen Acting as the face of the office – welcoming clients and visitors, keeping everything professional and polished Health & safety compliance, fire warden responsibilities, building management liaison Continuous improvement of systems and processes What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar EA/Office Manager role, ideally in professional services Strong Microsoft Office skills and tech-savvy mindset Confident, clear communicator with a high level of attention to detail Thrives under pressure and enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively Proactive, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running The Offer $45–55/hour + Super (depending on experience) Full-time, office-based role through to Christmas (with high potential to extend or go permanent) Work with a global firm in a brand-new Australian office Join a high-performing, values-led team with an inclusive culture Immediate start available – interviews happening now.
